Today\u2019s landmark trade agreement between the United States and the United Kingdom is more than a diplomatic milestone, it is a signal flare from Washington to the rest of the world: the era of America First trade policy has not only returned, it is entering a new phase of strength and sophistication. This bilateral deal, struck between the world\u2019s largest and sixth largest economies, is a powerful validation of President Donald J.
