Investment Servicing & Operations Professional

We are a unique, politically conservative boutique financial advisory firm with an opening for an experienced operations professional for our growing office in Boca Raton.

If you are an experienced operations professional supporting financial advisors, we would like to talk to you. 

The successful applicant will assist in all aspects of business, including service to existing clients and processing of new business.

Your Responsibilities will include:
-Assisting financial advisors with daily activities, including preparing documents and tracking schedules

-Building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and vendors

-Prepare and review new account documentation

-Apply a working knowledge of operations/client-service processes

-Work independently, effectively, efficiently, and with minimal supervision

-Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly

 Required Experience:
-A minimum or 2 years of experience as an operations professional in the investment industry
-A high dedication to providing excellent customer service

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you politically conservative in a liberal field?  

 

We’re in search of a politically conservative dynamic marketing specialist to support our digital marketing to spread Rubin Wealth Advisors Conservative Investment Message. 

 

The right person for this position is politically conservative, an organized team player that understands digital marketing technology including:
-Leadership to mentor, manage and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team

-Able to effectively manage time and deadlines for multiple on-going projects at once

-Exceptional communication skills (both speaking and writing) with strong grammar skills

-Savvy in digital marketing with a strong knowledge of search, display, and social media

-Experience with Canva and Semrush

-Experience with Google Suite (GMB, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
-Experience with a CRM
-Experience with managing and optimizing Social Media marketing efforts (FB, Twitter, YouTube, Rumble, Truth Social,  LinkedIn, IG, etc.)

-MSOffice and Dropbox experience helpful

Lead Financial Planner

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Job Summary:

Rubin Wealth Advisors is seeking a Lead Financial Planner to take on a pivotal role in providing exceptional financial advisory services to our mostly politically conservative clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of  financial principles. This role involves leading the financial planning department, working directly with clients,  overseeing the 401(k) service team, and contributing to the growth of our financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
-Lead client interactions to understand their financial goals and objectives.

-Provide conservative financial advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.

Investment Management:
-Collaborate with the investment committee to develop and manage investment strategies in alignment with conservative principles.

-Monitor and maintain up-to-date information on investment portfolios and market trends.

Financial Planning:
-Conduct comprehensive financial planning for all clients, analyzing their current financial situations and creating tailored financial plans.

Revenue Generation:
-Take a leadership role in developing the financial planning department into a revenue-cost neutral entity by attracting and retaining wealth clients and 401k participants.

Managing the 401(k) Service Team:
-Supervise and guide the 401(k) service team to ensure efficient handling of 401(k) rollovers and client inquiries.

-Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the team.
